Background
In the absence of a big holiday brand campaign, it’s still important for Peloton to show up during the holiday season, particularly at a time when all of the competitors are heavily promoting (their products). This campaign gave Peloton the opportunity to highlight the brand authentically, real members, and provide the audience an uplifting and positive look into the Peloton experience, and how Peloton keeps members connected, even during the pandemic holiday season.
2020 had been a challenging year. We all had to face the reality of being isolated and separated from family and friends. We are still longing for that “normal” sense of connection, both physically and emotionally. As the year progressed, the Peloton Community had grown exponentially and more and more connections were made with every new Member, new Tag, and new follower.
